The staff was friendly and helpful.
I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The bathroom was filthy, leading me to clean it myself. Additionally, I felt unsafe due to noise disturbances from fights happening nearby.

We loved being so close to Lake Michigan! The kids enjoyed a fun day swimming at the beach, and we made some great family memories. The location was perfect for our unexpected trip, allowing for quick access to adventure and relaxation.
In my wife’s opinion, the room needed a deep cleaning. The kids wished for a better pool experience since it was closed, which was a bummer for them during our stay.

We spent 2 nights in a King Room and loved the cozy bed and working AC that kept us cool. We enjoyed relaxing in the indoor pool and leisure room, which had a nice vibe. The only downside was that some hallway lighting felt a bit dim, but it didn’t take away from our overall stay. 😊

The indoor swimming pool was a highlight for my kids! 🌊 The room, however, was a bit musty and could've used a deep clean.

The room was decent in size and pretty comfy overall. The bed felt good, and having a fridge and microwave was super handy. The TV had great quality too. On the downside, the bathroom was pretty outdated, which gave it a kinda dirty vibe. Also, the halls were a bit noisy with kids running around. It seems like there's more than just travelers here, which was kinda sketchy. Not the worst stay, but definitely not the best!

A fair review – pros and cons
The friendly staff made check-in a breeze & breakfast offered decent options for picky kids! The location was superb, just a short distance from the beach!
Rooms were notably outdated, and cleanliness left much to be desired. The hotel's overall maintenance seemed lacking, negatively impacting our comfort.

Not the best stay, sadly
So we showed up and got a room already taken. After getting shuffled around, we finally got a room, but it felt like a scavenger hunt for basic stuff. The pool was freezing, and the balcony was in rough shape. Couldn't even get a plunger for an overflow issue. Breakfast was just okay, nothing fancy.
